Preparing cottage cheese balls. Grind the cottage cheese well with a fork with the egg and sugar.

Add starch and coconut flakes and mix.

We roll cottage cheese balls with our hands, the size of a walnut, and place them on a tray or plate. We put it in the refrigerator.

Prepare the dough. Beat the eggs with a whisk, adding sugar.
STEP 6
Then add sour cream and melted butter, mix.
STEP 7
Mix flour, cocoa, vanillin and soda, slaked with citric acid or apple cider vinegar, into the dough.
STEP 8
Knead the dough until smooth. The dough turns out thick.
STEP 9
Grease the baking dish with oil. Place a couple of tablespoons of dough on the bottom and spread over the surface. Then spread the curd balls evenly.

Then spoon the dough onto the balls. Distribute the dough evenly over the entire surface.
STEP 11
Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Readiness depends on your oven. My pie was ready in 40 minutes. And you are guided by the baking time of the biscuits that you prepared earlier. The shape is 24 cm in diameter.

Leave the finished cake to cool in the pan. Then place it on a tray.
STEP 13
Preparing the glaze. Place a plate or pan on the stove. Warm up the milk. Then add butter, sugar and cocoa, mix well so that there are no lumps from the cocoa.
STEP 14
Prepare the glaze until the sugar is completely dissolved, stirring constantly. Remove from the stove and leave the glaze to cool.
STEP 15
Pour warm glaze over the cake. Leave the cake until the glaze hardens.
STEP 16
Chocolate pie with curd balls is ready. In cross-section, the curd balls will be visible depending on how you laid them out. Bon appetit!
