I baked this pie a couple of times, but the recipe was lost. And then I found it on the website) The dough turned out to be a little sticky, so I diluted it with milk to a more liquid consistency. I replaced the baking soda with baking powder, which is more familiar to me. When I mixed the filling, I discovered that there were only 20 grams of coconut flakes. I decided to add a spoonful of flour instead. The curd mass became thicker and it was possible to roll it into balls. By the way, I put the balls in the refrigerator while I was preparing the filling, where they became even harder. I didn’t knead the curd mass much, so there are white inclusions, but this does not spoil the taste at all. The pie was baked until dry. After cooling, I covered it with glaze, although I didn’t have time to cook the glaze according to the recipe. I just melted the chocolate with a little milk. The pie is similar to a cupcake, it is juicy and has large pores) Curd balls go well with chocolate dough. The cut looks beautiful and interesting. And this pie is also very tasty!
