Chocolate and nut sponge cake

We prepare the necessary ingredients to prepare a delicious chocolate sponge cake.

Break five chicken eggs at room temperature into a large bowl.

Pour one hundred and seventy grams of sugar into a bowl with eggs.

Add half a teaspoon of vanilla sugar to the bowl.

Beat all ingredients in a bowl with a mixer until fluffy white foam.

Pour one hundred and fifty grams of wheat flour and thirty grams of cocoa powder into a bowl.

Add a little salt to the bowl to taste.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.

Sift the prepared mixture of flour and cocoa powder into a bowl with the egg mixture.

Gently mix all ingredients in a bowl with a spatula until a homogeneous dough is obtained.

Add four hundred grams of Gost condensed milk to a bowl of butter.

Add four hundred grams of Gostovsky boiled condensed milk to a common bowl.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a mixer until smooth.

Pour seventy grams of cocoa into a small bowl, then add two tablespoons of prepared cream to it.

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.

Add one tablespoon of the prepared mixture to a common bowl with cream and mix with a mixer until smooth.

Place half of the prepared cream into a deep bowl, then cover it with a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator.

Place two hundred grams of boiled semolina in a bowl with cream to layer the cake layers.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Soak the first sponge cake with the previously prepared salted caramel.

Lightly dry a mixture of various nuts in a frying pan.

Transfer the nuts into a plastic bag and grind them to fairly coarse crumbs.

Place four tablespoons of prepared cream on the sponge cake and spread it in an even layer.

Sprinkle the prepared nut crumbs on top of the cream layer.

Place the next sponge cake layer on top of the nut crumbs.

We continue to assemble the cake in the same way, place the final cake layer on top and put the cake in the refrigerator for one hour.

After time has passed, we take out the bowl of cream for decorating the cake from the refrigerator and mix it well again with a mixer.

Apply the cream in an even layer on all sides of the cake and level it with a spatula.

If desired and to your taste, decorate the sides of the cake with cookies, then apply the previously prepared chocolate glaze on top and distribute it in an even layer.

We decorate the top of the cake with a relief pattern of cream, then to taste with chocolate and cookies, after which we put it in the refrigerator.
