STEP 1

How to make juicy chicken nuggets in the oven? First, prepare the necessary ingredients. Use large eggs so that there is enough batter for all the pieces of chicken.
STEP 2

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it with paper towels and cut across the grain into slices about 1 cm thick.
STEP 3

In a bowl, combine chicken slices, olive oil, ground paprika, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly so that each piece of chicken is coated with oil and spices.
STEP 4

Leave the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or preferably overnight. If you don’t have time, then 30 minutes at room temperature is enough. If you marinate the fillet for several hours, then you need to cover it with cling film and stir periodically, as the vegetable oil drains from the chicken and collects at the bottom of the bowl.
STEP 5

Mix bread crumbs with turmeric. Then the crust of the nuggets will turn out to be a beautiful golden color. I have ready-made breadcrumbs, store-bought. You can make your own breadcrumbs from a loaf. The loaf should be cut into cubes and dried in the oven. Then grind in a blender into fine crumbs.

Mix flour with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Lightly beat the eggs with a fork, add milk and beat again until smooth.
STEP 8

First roll the marinated chicken pieces in flour and shake off the excess.
STEP 9

Then dip into beaten eggs.
STEP 10

And thoroughly bread it in breadcrumbs.

Place the nuggets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Pour a little olive oil under each piece.* Bake the chicken nuggets for about 30 minutes at 180°C on the “top-bottom convection” setting. If you only have bottom heating, then 15 minutes after the start, turn the nuggets over to the other side.
STEP 12

Place the finished nuggets on a plate and serve hot with ketchup or other sauce. Bon appetit!
