STEP 1

How to make chicken liver casserole? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the liver under running water, remove veins and films, and pass through a meat grinder. Add semolina, milk, salt, ground black pepper to the liver, mix and refrigerate for 1 hour. During this time, the semolina will swell well. If desired, you can add other favorite spices. The liver can also be chopped using a blender.
STEP 2

At this time, you can do vegetables. Peel the onion and finely chop. Wash the carrots in running water with a brush, dry, peel and grate on a coarse grater. If desired, the cutting method can be changed. Heat a frying pan on the stove, pour in vegetable oil. Add the onions and carrots to the pan and fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 7 minutes.

Take the cheese and grate it on a coarse grater. Place cheese on top of second liver layer. You can use any cheese to suit your taste, the main thing is that it is natural, without vegetable fats and melts well.
STEP 8

Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about an hour until golden brown. The times are approximate, be guided by the operating characteristics of your oven.
STEP 9
