STEP 1

How to bake chicken fillet with zucchini? Prepare all ingredients according to the list. I recommend using young zucchini, but if you use old ones, remove the seeds and cut off the peel. Wash and dry the vegetables and herbs. Clean and wash the chicken fillet, if necessary, then dry. Cut it into small pieces. Cut the cold butter into small cubes. Cut the tomato and zucchini into slices, grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 2

Take a baking dish of suitable size. Place the chicken fillet in the first layer, and evenly place pieces of butter on top. Salt and season the chicken with ground black pepper.
STEP 3

Place a layer of zucchini on top of the chicken. You can lay it out figuratively to make the casserole beautiful. Salt and pepper the zucchini to taste. Prepare the filling. To do this, in a deep plate, mix raw eggs, sour cream and salt with a fork or whisk until smooth.
STEP 4

Pour the mixture of eggs and sour cream over the chicken and zucchini and place the tomatoes cut into slices on top. Sprinkle the whole dish with finely chopped dill on top and place in an oven preheated to 180C for about 20-30 minutes. After 20-30 minutes, remove the dish from the oven, sprinkle it with grated cheese and place in the oven for another 5-15 minutes. Determine the exact baking time and temperature based on your oven.
