STEP 1
How to make chicken fillet rolls with filling in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. If necessary, defrost chicken fillet (2 pieces) on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.

Wash the meat and dry with paper towels. Remove films and excess fat. Cut each fillet lengthwise into two pieces.

Salt the meat, pepper and sprinkle with paprika. What additional spices can be used? If you like, add dried basil and curry. Or use commercial spices made specifically for chicken. Roll the meat into rolls and, if necessary, pin them with toothpicks to prevent them from falling apart. Advice. To make the rolls more juicy inside, you can place thin slices of butter on top of the filling and only then roll the meat into rolls.
STEP 10
Lightly grease a heatproof rimmed baking dish with refined vegetable oil with a high smoke point. Place the chicken rolls tightly together. Place pieces of butter on top. To ensure that the oven has time to warm up to the desired temperature, turn it on 10-20 minutes before the start of cooking. Bake the dish for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees. From time to time, brush the surface of the rolls with the juice that flows to the bottom of the pan.
