How to make chicken cutlets with semolina? Prepare your ingredients. You can use any parts of the chicken, not necessarily breasts. The main thing is that there are no bones and tendons. Take medium-sized potatoes. Semolina - preferably small. Vegetable oil - any, but refined. Wash the egg and dry with napkins.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut into pieces.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Wash the potatoes, peel them and also cut them into cubes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Peel the garlic and chop finely.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Place the chicken fillet in a blender bowl and beat until minced. Instead of a blender, you can pass the fillet through a meat grinder.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add potatoes and garlic to the meat. And beat again with a blender (or scroll through a meat grinder).

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Beat a raw egg into the minced meat, add ground black pepper and salt. Mix everything until smooth.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

At the end, add semolina to the minced meat, mix and leave for 20 minutes for the semolina to swell.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

With wet hands, form the minced meat into medium-sized cutlets. Roll the cutlets on all sides in semolina. You can replace semolina with breadcrumbs.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Serve the cutlets hot with any side dish. Bon appetit!

I accidentally came across your recipe for “chicken cutlets with semolina” and am very grateful to you! This recipe really saved me today; oddly enough, I couldn’t buy breadcrumbs. I usually make cutlets in breadcrumbs, but here it is. Well, I always have semolina; every morning I cook porridge for my child) I decided to cook cutlets for my child’s dinner, following the steps of the recipe. I divided it using the site’s calculator, it’s very convenient, the ingredients were divided in half. The minced meat was twisted through a meat grinder from chicken fillet of homemade chicken with potatoes and garlic. I added semolina, salt and an egg, but still didn’t add pepper for the child. I waited, the cutlets stuck together perfectly, rolled them in semolina and fried them. The cutlets came out excellent, very soft, very juicy and very tasty, with a crispy crust. We ate it with mashed potatoes. Thank you!
