Take pickles and brine, bay leaf and peeled celery root.

If the meat is not boiled, then it needs to be boiled in salted water until tender, then removed from the broth and cooled.

Cut the cooled meat, sausage and brisket into small pieces.

Peel and chop the onion.

Place it in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry while stirring over medium heat until golden brown.

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them, remove the seeds and chop finely.

Add tomatoes to onions. Simmer for 5 minutes while stirring. Along with the tomatoes, you can add a tablespoon of tomato paste to the fry to make the hodgepodge more beautiful and bright.

Then pour the cucumber pickle into the pan. You need to take homemade brine so that it is that white. If there is no such brine, it can be replaced with olive brine. Buy olives with pits, because these olives have more flavor. Salt and pepper if necessary.
