Since childhood, I remember how the joyful voices of the family sounded in our kitchen, and the aromas of my grandmother's pies filled the house. Each recipe was a little secret legacy, and I watched with fascination as the magic of cooking unfolded. As I traveled the world, I marveled at the diversity of cultural tastes, inspired by Asian spices and European techniques. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone, and that even the simplest dishes can be a real masterpiece. Cooking means loving, and love will always find its way to the heart through the stomach.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland.
