Good recipe, thanks. Fried pies turn out excellent even on yeast-free dough mixed with kefir.

I chose the dough recipe for fried pies with dry yeast on my favorite website. And I didn’t regret it! The pies from this dough turned out very appetizing and tasty. The dough is soft, porous, bakes perfectly when frying (even though the filling is quite moist, made from stewed cabbage). I used a little less flour, I was guided by the consistency of the dough, it should remain soft, but not stick to your hands. I also reduced the amount of sugar a little (1 tbsp), since I chose an unsweetened filling. Wonderful recipe, I recommend it. I think it would be perfect for oven baking too. Thanks to the author for the recipe!
