STEP 1
How to make dough for fried pies using dry yeast? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. All products should be at room temperature. Heat the milk. But be careful! Don't overheat. Hot temperatures will spoil the yeast. Touch the milk with your hand; if it is not hot, you can use it to make dough. STEP 2
Pour some warm milk into a small bowl and add dry yeast.

Then add sugar and a tablespoon of flour. Mix everything and leave to stand for 10 minutes. This is necessary for the yeast to begin its work. You will see this by the bubbles that appear on the surface. This is our dough. If no changes have occurred on the surface, then the yeast must be replaced with these and baking will not work.
STEP 4
To knead the dough, prepare a spacious bowl. Pour the dough into it, add a pinch of salt. Then pour in the remaining warm milk and vegetable oil. Beat in the egg. Mix everything. Wash the egg with baking soda first to remove dirt.
STEP 5
Gradually start adding sifted flour. First, the flour will be well mixed in using a whisk. Then you can continue kneading the dough with your hands or a dough mixer. STEP 6
The finished dough is soft and almost does not stick to your hands. Leave it in the bowl and cover with a towel. Place the bowl in a warm place for approximately 30-60 minutes. Due to the warm milk, the dough rises very quickly.
STEP 7
When the dough is ready, you can make pies from it. When working with yeast dough, there should be no drafts in the kitchen. It doesn't like this. Use the prepared dough for its intended purpose.
