Cheesecakes with smoked cheese and dill made from yeast dough
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Let's prepare the products. Wash and dry the dill. Wash the egg and dry it.
STEP 2
Heat the milk until it is warm. Pour into a bowl, add salt, sugar, egg and beat a little with a whisk.
STEP 3
Sift the flour, mix with quick-acting yeast, add to the milk mixture.
STEP 4
Butter should be at room temperature. Add it and vegetable oil to the dough. And we start kneading))
STEP 5
Knead well, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place until it increases in size by 2-3 times.
STEP 6
While the dough is rising, let's make the filling. Grate the smoked cheese on a coarse grater, chop the dill, squeeze out the garlic and add sour cream.
STEP 7
Mix everything well. I don’t add salt to the filling, the salt from the cheese is enough for me))
STEP 8
Our dough turned out beautifully)
STEP 9
Divide it into 15 identical balls. If you want, use a kitchen scale, I do it “by eye”) Roll into balls and cover with a towel for 10 minutes, let them rise.
STEP 10
Then roll out each piece of dough to about 10-12 cm in diameter. I do this with my palms.
STEP 11
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with vegetable oil. We lay out our flatbreads. Use the bottom of the glass to make a depression in each cheesecake. To prevent the glass from sticking, dip the bottom a little in flour.
STEP 12
Next, add the filling. Mentally divide so that there is enough for all the cheesecakes. This volume of filling is just enough for all the cheesecakes to make them “plump”. Then cover it lightly with film (the towel will get dirty) and leave it for a short time until it fits, about 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, turn on the oven to preheat at 190 degrees.
STEP 13
Then beat one egg and grease the edges of the cheesecakes. And into the oven)))) Bake in the oven until golden brown. It took me about 25 minutes. Be guided by your ovens.
STEP 14
The cheesecakes are ready) The edges need to be greased with butter.
STEP 15
The cheesecakes you make are very tasty. The dough is soft, tender, fluffy. For me it is universal - it can be used for baking pies and pizza.
STEP 16
These cheesecakes are perfect with milk)))
STEP 17
Invite everyone to try homemade cakes soon)) Bon appetit!
