Crumble the yeast into warm water and add 1 tsp. sugar - stir and set aside for 15 minutes, until a “cap” appears. When the dough rises, add the egg, salt, and sugar.

Let's add cottage cheese. Mine is pasty. Next, pour in warm oil. Add half the flour. Stir. Then pour in vegetable oil and the remaining flour.
STEP 3

Knead the dough and leave it to rise under a towel.
STEP 4

Let's make the filling. Peeling apples.
STEP 5

Cut into cubes.
STEP 6

Melt the butter, add apples, lemon zest, sugar. Simmer covered for 5 minutes. Next, remove from the pan and add starch.
STEP 7

For the streusel, mix cold butter, flour and sugar. Grind everything into crumbs by hand
STEP 8

Our dough is already ready. Let's crush him. And divide it into exactly 8 parts. Place them on the sheet immediately. Cover with film and let stand for a while. Then we straighten it with our hands. And use the bottom of the glass to squeeze out the bottom.
STEP 9

Place the filling in the middle. Coat the sides of the cheesecake with coating. And sprinkle streusel on top. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
STEP 10

We take out the finished ones, let them stand and pour glaze over them. For the glaze, mix water and powdered sugar.
STEP 11

Sprinkle more pistachios on top. Delicious!
