Dough ingredients

I kneaded the dough using a food processor. Pour the sifted flour into the bowl, add fresh yeast and grind into crumbs.
STEP 3
Add salt and sugar, mix everything thoroughly.
STEP 4
Turn on the food processor and add warm water in small portions. When the dough has gathered into a bun, add olive oil and mix in all the oil.
STEP 5
Place the dough on the work surface and knead with your hands until smooth. Leave the dough for 15-20 minutes in a warm place to rest.

Ingredients for filling.
STEP 7
Add chopped garlic and basil to soft butter. Adjust the amount of garlic and basil to your taste. Mix well. Our sauce is ready.

Grate the cheeses.

Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 2 equal balls. Before forming the pizza, be sure to preheat the oven to maximum temperature (for me it is 230 C), and also heat the baking sheet on which you will bake the pizza in the oven, it should be well heated.
STEP 10
Roll out the dough on baking paper. Cover the base with butter sauce.
STEP 11
Place half the cheese on top and spread the filling slightly away from the edges. When the oven is hot, carefully transfer the pizza to a hot baking sheet and bake until golden brown (10 minutes was enough for me).
STEP 12
We get 2 pizzas that are eaten instantly! Cut the hot pizza into pieces, sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top and enjoy! Help yourself!
