How to make cheese balls from crab sticks? Very simple and quite fast. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Choose crab sticks with a whiter, brighter red top, then the appetizer will turn out just as bright and expressive. Processed cheese needs semi-solid “Druzhba” or “Yantar”, which can be grated. Large, selected eggs are needed. If the eggs are small, take 3 pieces.
STEP 2

Grate the crab sticks on a fine grater. To make it easier to grate the crab sticks, first place them in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater. The cheese can be anything. The main thing is that it is tasty, fresh and aromatic. I have an ordinary Russian one.

Place the processed cheese in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then grate on a fine grater.

Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Then grate on a fine grater. How to boil hard-boiled eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change.
STEP 6

In a bowl, combine hard and processed cheese, grated eggs and garlic cloves passed through a press. Season everything with mayonnaise and mix until smooth. The mass should be dense, not fall apart when forming balls and slightly sticky.
STEP 7

Using wet hands, form small dense balls the size of a walnut or slightly larger from the resulting mass.
STEP 8

Roll the resulting balls in shavings of crab sticks. The appetizer will immediately take on an elegant, bright look. If you prepare the appetizer in advance, cover it with a bowl to prevent it from getting too dry and put it in the refrigerator.
STEP 9

Transfer the cheese appetizer with crab sticks to a serving plate and garnish with herbs. And you can serve immediately or keep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Bon appetit!
