Layla Smith

Memories of my grandmother’s kitchen, where the cozy smell of freshly baked bread and berries filled my childhood. Each recipe passed down from generation to generation has become a piece of my soul. Family traditions and communal dinners soon turned the kitchen into a sanctuary. Traveling to different countries, I discovered amazing tastes and unique techniques that inspired me to experiment culinaryly. My goal is to show that everyone can cook, and good food can unite people and create an atmosphere of warmth and comfort.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Universidad de San Francisco de Quito.
