It seems like a familiar recipe and nothing unusual, but what a pleasant addition in the form of caramel! Apples, if they are of a looser variety, “crumble” when heated, mix with caramel and form such a pleasant mousse puree with a crust, I personally really like it. At the bottom, I added some chopped toasted walnuts to the caramel, it turned out incredibly tasty! (I think that walnuts can be replaced with any other - hazelnuts, almonds, etc.)

Thanks for the recipe. It was so delicious! Gently) I didn’t turn the charlotte over, it turned out to be a soaked bottom with almond notes, because I added almond essence to the dough. It scattered very quickly.

Charlotte with caramel.... mmmm.... I bake charlotte according to this recipe - the recipe is excellent and it always turns out!! Thank you! But I make a couple of differences: I take more apples (5 pieces - mine really like apple pie))) and mix them with the dough. And I pour caramel over the finished pie. I’ll explain why: I don’t have an oven at the dacha, I use a slow cooker. And since there is heating only from below, the caramel heats up even more, melts, etc.. and ultimately becomes bitter. And the second reason: we really like the crunch of the caramel crust and the pie comes out very beautiful. P.S. The next day, the caramel melts and soaks the top of the pie. Maybe someone will find my additions useful!

For such a quantity of products there is very little dough, or for a very tiny form, with a diameter of 10 cm, maximum
