Pour in the dough. Let sit for a while so that the batter can seep through the fruit. Place in an oven heated to a temperature of 180-200 degrees and bake for approximately 45 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick.

Remove the finished charlotte from the mold. Let cool.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar. It is better to sprinkle the pear charlotte with powdered sugar and cinnamon; this gives the baked goods a rather refined aroma.
STEP 10

Cut into pieces and you can start drinking tea.
