    For the microwave, take any utensils suitable for it. I have a glass bowl. Cover the bottom of the bowl with cling film (just don’t do this for the oven) and grease it a little with vegetable oil. Place the dough with apples into a bowl and smooth it out. Put it in the microwave. My pie was cooked at 700W for 16 minutes. After 10 minutes of cooking, I check it for doneness. During this time, the center is still clearly damp. Therefore, we add time and monitor the pie.

    Remove the charlotte from the bowl and remove the film from it. If you are confused by the white color of the pie, you can pour chocolate over it. But, in my opinion, chocolate will overwhelm the taste of apples. So I sprinkled it with powdered sugar. The cake itself turns out more tender and moist than when it came out of the oven. Most people love charlotte and often cook it in the oven, I am no exception. I found an interesting recipe and decided to experiment. Charlotte in the microwave with apples is a very simple and quick recipe. I made the dough as described in the recipe. Added chopped apples. I generously greased the glass container with butter. I cooked the pie in the microwave for 20 minutes at 800 W. And I slightly browned the crust using the “microwave grill” function for 3 minutes. Charlotte easily fell out of the mold. Very tasty and tender. The charlotte according to this recipe turned out moist with a lot of apples. Super tasty! It’s not the same as in the oven, it’s different and incredibly tasty))) I advise everyone to try it! Many thanks to the author!

I have always wondered what happens if you cook baked goods in a microwave oven. And here, apparently, is the answer. I'll definitely try it tomorrow

I only used the microwave to heat and defrost food. But it turns out you can also bake, I was pleasantly surprised. We don’t have an oven in our dorm, so we only bought baked goods. Last night I made charlotte according to this recipe and... it worked!) There were no apples at home, so I used a banana. And one more thing, after I took the charlotte out of the microwave, I greased it with butter on top, covered it with a towel, and after 15 minutes it became even more beautiful! I advise everyone to try it.

I tried it and it really worked quickly. but I brought the charlotte to the right temperature several times (for some reason it didn’t bake). I guess I really wanted to try it and didn’t let it sit. and I didn’t add cocoa, because I like “pale” baked goods. but overall very tasty. It's quite a quick recipe.

Wow! I didn’t know that even charlotte can be cooked in the microwave. My husband and I really love this pie. I am especially for its lightness. I've never added cocoa. You should definitely try it. And I put in more apples. So that the inside of the charlotte is mostly sour apple mass. And I didn’t add any oil before, I just greased the baking sheet. And I always add a little cinnamon to apple pies.

Thank you so much for the recipe!!!!!! Really very fast and very tasty!!!! The only thing is, be sure to let the charlotte stand in the microwave after cooking for about 10 minutes. Otherwise, the inside will be a little raw. Bon appetit!
