  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to fry cauliflower in a frying pan? Prepare your food. Take the number of eggs depending on the size of the head of cabbage. Or the purpose of the dish. You can take more for breakfast. If cabbage is served as a side dish, you can get by with one egg. Wash the eggs and dry with paper towels.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Rinse the cabbage well under running water. You can even soak it in water for a while. Separate a head of cabbage into florets. It's simple: turn the cabbage upside down and cut off the small heads one by one. If the inflorescence is too large, cut it into several pieces.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Boil water in a large saucepan and add salt. Place the chopped cabbage in the pan and bring the water to a boil again. Cook the cabbage for about 10 minutes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place the finished cabbage in a colander. Let the water drain and the cabbage dry slightly. Excess moisture will interfere with frying.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Place a frying pan on the fire and heat it up. Melt butter in a frying pan. Instead, you can use melted butter, fat or vegetable oil with a high smoking point (refined varieties of sunflower, olive or grape). You can easily choose the right frying pan and oil for frying by reading articles on these topics. There are links to them at the end of this recipe.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Place the cauliflower in the pan. Fry the pieces, stirring them carefully, being careful not to damage the delicate flesh. Fry the cabbage for about 5 minutes or until it is lightly browned.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Break the eggs into a separate bowl and lightly beat them with a fork until the yolk and white are thoroughly mixed. Pour the egg mixture into the pan with the cabbage. Make the fire stronger.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Stir the egg mixture into the cabbage vigorously until everything cooks quickly, like scrambled eggs. The faster this happens, the more tender the eggs will be. Taste the dish for salt. If necessary, add more salt. Fried cauliflower is ready! Serve the dish hot. You can sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs. Bon appetit!

I love cauliflower in any form and the recipe for cauliflower fried in a frying pan with an egg did not go unnoticed by me. It cooks quickly and turns out delicious! I disassembled the cabbage into inflorescences and boiled them in salted boiling water. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the cabbage. Then I beat the eggs and poured over the cabbage, stirred and fried together. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs. Fast, simple and very tasty! I definitely recommend trying it and thanks to katushafin for the idea!

That's right, potatoes are simple carbohydrates and are absorbed by our body quickly, turning into sugar and starch, there is little benefit from them, well, if you love potatoes so much, then it is better to bake them in the skins, so they are much healthier. But any cabbage only brings us benefits.

Soft and aromatic cabbage, quickly fried in a frying pan. Cauliflower in a frying pan with an egg is a very tasty and nutritious dish. I first boiled the cabbage in water so that it would not be tough. Added roasted bell pepper. It gives cabbage a special flavor. Cabbage was served with cutlets. Very tasty, thanks for the recipe!
