I cook cottage cheese casserole very often. As a rule, I add raisins or frozen currants to the casserole. For some reason I haven’t cooked with apples before. I used apples to make apple pies, charlottes, and manna cakes. But in vain! Today I made a cottage cheese casserole with apples and semolina and was very pleased with the result!!! I took cottage cheese in briquettes of 250 grams, divided the remaining ingredients in half, only left 100 ml of milk. I pre-soaked the semolina for 20 minutes in this milk. I didn't use a blender. I baked it in a small ceramic pan for about 45 minutes. The result was a very tasty, tender, aromatic casserole. It's quick and easy to prepare.
