Cut chicken breast into small cubes. Next, you can marinate the pieces with spices and dry white wine, leaving for 2 hours.

But I will use a machine called a MARINATOR, so it will only take me 9 minutes to marinate the chicken.

Fry the chicken fillet pieces over full heat and heat another frying pan under the croutons. Sometimes I use the additive “smoked smoke” for the smell.

Mix chicken yolks with mustard and 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add chopped anchovies, juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper to taste. Bring in a mixer to the consistency of mayonnaise.
STEP 10
We tear the washed and dried lettuce leaves with our hands.
STEP 11
Add croutons and chicken to lettuce leaves.
STEP 12
Pour dressing sauce on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. You can decorate our Caesar salad with chicken with cherry tomatoes. Caesar does not like to wait - the croutons may get wet, so the salad must be served immediately.
