  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Ingredients for Caesar salad with chicken in this photo.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut chicken breast into small cubes. Next, you can marinate the pieces with spices and dry white wine, leaving for 2 hours.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

But I will use a machine called a MARINATOR, so it will only take me 9 minutes to marinate the chicken.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Fry the chicken fillet pieces over full heat and heat another frying pan under the croutons. Sometimes I use the additive “smoked smoke” for the smell.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

    Crush the garlic.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Bread cut into cubes (with crust)

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Fry the croutons in olive oil until browned. Add crushed garlic mixed with salt to them. I take it off the fire.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Prepare grated hard Parmesan cheese or other hard cheese.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Mix chicken yolks with mustard and 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add chopped anchovies, juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper to taste. Bring in a mixer to the consistency of mayonnaise.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

We tear the washed and dried lettuce leaves with our hands.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Add croutons and chicken to lettuce leaves.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Pour dressing sauce on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. You can decorate our Caesar salad with chicken with cherry tomatoes. Caesar does not like to wait - the croutons may get wet, so the salad must be served immediately.

To dress the salad, I use yolks from soft-boiled eggs for at least 1 minute. I also fry the chicken in small pieces, but add garlic. And I fry the crackers with the addition of olive oil and garlic in the oven.

Very tasty salad. In preparation, I use boiled kupitsa (this will simplify the recipe a little), and I make the sauce without eggs at all. This does not in any way impair the taste of the salad. Bon Appetit everyone!

I only mix lettuce leaves with the sauce. Then I sprinkle chicken pieces on top (I also fry them in small pieces), crackers and grated cheese. And I cut the tomatoes in halves and place them only on the edges of the plate. And I never put the prepared Caesar in one large salad bowl. I immediately place it on portioned plates. So there is practically no chance that the croutons will get soggy.

Are you counting tomatoes for decoration? I think they affect the taste :)

But I can’t imagine Caesar without tomatoes. I was very surprised that tomatoes are used with the mark “for decoration”... They have to be there! In fact, there shouldn’t be tomatoes in a Caesar salad... In theory, there shouldn’t be chicken in there either, but everyone is so used to it :)
