I love sauerkraut, so I’m glad for the new recipe. I decided to diversify the preparation of cabbage and this recipe, by the way. Today I decided to cook cabbage according to this recipe. The preparation time is quick and not troublesome. I put all the ingredients, but added a little grated horseradish of my own, somehow I’m used to always adding it to pickles. Our climate is hot, and horseradish preserves the strength of pickles. Thanks for the recipe. We'll be trying cabbage soon.
