STEP 2
To prepare the butter dough, take a deep bowl and a fine sieve, then sift five hundred grams of premium wheat flour into the bowl, pour into it one third of a teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of vanilla sugar, one teaspoon of baking powder, seven grams of dry instant yeast and mix all dry ingredients together.

Take a large bowl and crack one chicken egg into it, then add the white from the second chicken egg into it, and set aside the yolk for further greasing the pies.
STEP 4
Pour fifty grams of sugar into a bowl with chicken eggs, then break the protein threads well and beat until smooth to obtain a fluffier baked product.
