How to quite simply prepare fluffy pies stuffed with cabbage, carrots and onions in the oven, which are sure to please many for their wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing homemade pastries from rich yeast dough with juicy cabbage.
STEP 2
To prepare the dough, take a fine sieve and sift five hundred grams of premium wheat flour into a large bowl, then pour into it two tablespoons of sugar, eight grams of dry instant yeast, half a teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of baking powder and mix all the dry ingredients well together. .
STEP 3
Take a deep bowl and crack one chicken egg into it, then beat it, then pour one hundred and fifty milliliters of warm milk, one hundred and fifty milliliters of boiled water at room temperature into the bowl and mix all the ingredients very well.
STEP 4
Pour the prepared liquid base into a bowl with the dry flour mixture, then mix all the ingredients together and knead the dough.
STEP 5
Gather the dough into a ball with your hands and pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into a bowl.

Continue kneading the dough with your hands until smooth for ten minutes.

Place the homogeneous and elastic dough in a bowl, then cover the top with a kitchen towel and leave it in a warm place for one hour.

To prepare the filling, take a large grater and grate one small carrot, then finely chop one medium onion and place the vegetables in a frying pan placed on the stove with fifty milliliters of vegetable oil poured into it.

Cut five hundred grams of white cabbage into small strips and place it in a common frying pan.
STEP 10
Add salt to the pan to taste, then mix the vegetables together and fry them for five minutes.
STEP 11
Pour dried basil, dill, parsley, cumin, paprika, suneli hops, two cloves of garlic passed through a press and one tablespoon of tomato paste into the pan to taste.

Add a mixture of peppers and fifty grams of butter to the pan to taste and mix all the ingredients together.
STEP 13
Cover the pan with a lid and continue to simmer the cabbage at the lowest temperature on the stove, stirring occasionally for ten to fifteen minutes, then cool the prepared filling to room temperature.
STEP 14
After time has passed, sprinkle the table with a small amount of flour and place the dough on it, then knead it a little and divide into twelve parts, from which you, in turn, form koloboks and cover them on top with a kitchen towel for fifteen minutes.

As time passes, knead each bun in turn until the cake is the required size and place one heaping tablespoon of the prepared filling on them, then press the edges of the cakes together very well.
STEP 16
Give the pies the desired shape and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, which you then cover with a kitchen towel and let the pies proof for twenty minutes.
STEP 17
After time, brush the pies with beaten egg yolk with two tablespoons of milk added and place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to one hundred and seventy-five degrees.
STEP 18
After twenty to twenty-five minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and grease the pies with thirty grams of butter, then place them on a plate.
