To prepare airy buns with filling and streusel crumbs, prepare the necessary products.

Pour two hundred and fifty grams of kefir at room temperature into a measuring mug and add twenty-one grams of fresh pressed yeast to it.

Pour one hundred grams of sugar into a mug.
STEP 4
Add three tablespoons of flour to the mug and stir.
STEP 5
Place the mug with the dough in warm water for twenty minutes.

Break two chicken eggs into a large bowl.
STEP 7
Place fifty grams of softened butter in a bowl.
STEP 8
Pour one teaspoon of vanilla sugar into a bowl.
STEP 9
Add one third teaspoon of salt to the bowl.
STEP 10
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl with a whisk.
STEP 11
After twenty minutes, pour the well-risen dough into a bowl with the egg-butter mixture and thoroughly mix all the ingredients together.

Sift five hundred and fifty grams of flour into a bowl.

Mix the dough in a bowl using a whisk.
