Buckwheat with meat and carrots in a slow cooker

We cut the meat into arbitrary pieces - I chose beef, but pork would also work great

Finely chop the onion

We cut the carrots into strips or three on a grater, but I think chopped carrots taste better

We set the “Baking” or “Roasting” program for 30 minutes, my “Baking” program is set for at least 45 minutes, so I will turn it off forcibly. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl and leave to heat for 2-3 minutes

Then add the meat and fry for 15 minutes, after 7-10 minutes you will need to stir it

Add onion and carrots and fry for 10-12 minutes

Now add 1 multi-glass of water and bring to a boil - most likely the 30 minutes are over by this point

Now we set the stewing program for 45 minutes, if you chose pork, then feel free to skip this stage, because pork cooks faster

While the meat is stewing, sort out the buckwheat and rinse until clear water
STEP 11
After 20 minutes, salt the meat and vegetables, mix at the same time and see if there is enough liquid

Pepper and add your favorite spices if desired

We are waiting for the end of the program

Now add buckwheat, mix

Fill 4 multi-glasses of water

At this stage you can add a little salt

We set the program "Porridge" for 45 minutes
