STEP 1

How to make buckwheat soba noodles with chicken, vegetables and soy sauce? Prepare the necessary ingredients for the main dish. Wash and peel the vegetables. Wash the breast and dry it with a paper towel.

Cut the breast into lengthwise pieces.
STEP 3

STEP 4

Cut the onion into half rings, carrots into strips, and garlic into slices.
STEP 5

In the pan where the chicken was fried, fry the prepared vegetables.
STEP 6

While the onions and carrots are frying, cut the pepper into strips.
STEP 7

Add the pepper to the vegetables and continue to fry everything together.
STEP 8

Then place the beans in the pan, or even frozen beans.
STEP 9

Return the chicken to the pan. Add a little salt, but do not overdo it, as soy sauce will be added later. You can prepare these noodles in the form of soup, then at this stage you will need to add vegetable or chicken broth.

Mix everything, cover with a lid and leave to simmer over low heat.

Now get to the noodles. Boil water, add just a little salt, do not forget that there will be a salty dressing. Place noodles in boiling water. Cook according to the time indicated on the package. It took me 10 minutes. The noodles must be boiled until al dente, otherwise they will soften and not be as tasty. Stir occasionally to prevent the noodles from sticking.
STEP 12

Prepare the ingredients for the dressing sauce.
STEP 13

Mix soy sauce, oil and lemon juice. The gas station is ready. If desired, you can add hot pepper to the sauce.
STEP 14

Place the boiled noodles in a colander and rinse with cold water.
STEP 15

Add the noodles to the chicken and vegetables and stir. Simmer everything together for a while until the noodles warm up. Add the prepared sauce and stir.
STEP 16

Place the finished noodles on plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Bon appetit!
