It took me 10 minutes. The noodles must be boiled until al dente, otherwise they will soften and not be as tasty. Stir occasionally to prevent the noodles from sticking.

Delicious ! I cook it almost the same way, only I add vegetable oil.

It turns out really very tasty. But if someone doesn’t like buckwheat noodles (that’s me), because they have a specific taste, then I advise you to replace them with udon noodles.
