Cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs and beat everything again.

Add sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa powder into the butter mixture. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

I make classic brownies in a square pan, but I’ll take a round pan 24 cm in diameter. I line the bottom of the pan with parchment. Grease the sides of the mold with butter. And sprinkle with flour. Shake off the remaining flour.

Place the dough in the mold and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Brownie is ready. Cool on a wire rack
STEP 6

Let's make the mousse. Marshmallow and 100 ml. Melt the cream in a saucepan over medium heat. I stir constantly.
STEP 7

The remaining 200 ml. cream should be cold. Otherwise you won't get peaks. Beat them separately until stiff peaks form.
STEP 8

Carefully mix the chilled mousse with cream.
STEP 9

Spread the cream onto the cooled brownie and smooth it out. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (if you are not in a hurry with dessert, it is better to leave it to set overnight)
