Bream fish soup

Ingredients you will need to make the soup.

Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes, add water and put on fire.
STEP 3

Grate the carrots on a fine grater, finely chop the onion. Add vegetables, bay leaf, and pepper to the soup.
STEP 4

Rinse the millet; when the soup boils, add millet to it. Add salt.
STEP 5

Cut the lard into small pieces and add to the soup.
STEP 6

When the soup is ready. We put the head of the bream in it. First, you need to wash the fish well, remove the gills and eyes. Let the soup boil.
