I had thin slices in the freezer, which I previously defrosted and cut. I cooked breakfast over low heat until the cheese melted, then turned the tortilla over. You need to get used to this trick). The easiest way to do this is with a large lid. Preferably the diameter of the pan, so as not to burn yourself with hot oil and vegetable juice.
