STEP 1

How to make breakfast pita bread cheese egg in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Take large, selected eggs. If the eggs are small, take 5 pieces.
STEP 2

Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
STEP 3

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 4

Wash the greens, dry and finely chop. In addition to the above greens, you can add green onions.
STEP 5

Cut 2 circles from the pita bread. The first should be equal to the diameter of the frying pan, and the second a little larger. Lavash dries very quickly, so the circles should be cut out last, when the vegetables and herbs are already prepared. Before this, it is better to store the pita bread in a hermetically sealed bag.
STEP 6

Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with vegetable oil. Lay out the largest sheet of pita bread to create small sides.
STEP 7

Carefully break all the eggs onto the pita bread one at a time, trying to keep the yolk intact. Salt and pepper the eggs.
STEP 8

Sprinkle most of the grated cheese on top.
STEP 9

Sprinkle with chopped herbs and bell pepper, leaving a little for the top.
STEP 10

Place the second sheet of pita bread on top, pressing it down with the edges of the bottom pita bread.
STEP 11

Place the pan over medium heat and cook, covered, for about 5 minutes. The bottom of the pita bread should brown, the eggs should set, and the cheese should melt.
STEP 12

Carefully turn the pita bread over to the other side.
STEP 13

Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Remove the pan from the heat and leave covered for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
STEP 14

Transfer the finished scrambled eggs in pita bread to a dish, sprinkle with the remaining chopped herbs and chopped bell pepper. Bon appetit!
