STEP 1

How to bake boneless chicken thighs in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take high-quality, naturally fermented soy sauce. It is better to choose young garlic. In addition to thighs, you can use other parts of the chicken.
STEP 2

Rinse the thighs thoroughly, remove pieces of bone from them if necessary, and trim off excess fat if desired. Place the prepared chicken meat into a deep bowl.
STEP 3

Peel the garlic and grate it. You can chop it with a knife, but grated garlic will give off more aroma and taste.
STEP 4

Pour in soy sauce, add honey, garlic and spices. Mix everything well and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes. If possible, it is better to leave it in the refrigerator overnight, covering the meat with cling film. About 30 minutes before the start of cooking, turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
STEP 5

Place the pan with the thighs in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30-35 minutes. Periodically baste the meat with sauce from the bottom of the pan. The exact time depends on your oven.
