To prepare the chicken drumsticks, I used this recipe for boneless chicken thighs in the oven; I did not remove the bones from the chicken. Although the marinade was made with soy sauce, there was not enough salt for my taste; I lightly salted the finished legs when cooked. Otherwise the recipe is great, thanks!
