STEP 1

How to cook fluffy boiled rice in water? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose long-grain rice - it is great for making a crumbly side dish. Round grain rice is usually used for porridge to make the mass a little viscous.

Rinse the rice several times in cold water to remove the starch. The water should remain clear. Then drain all excess water from the rice.

Place the finished rice in a colander and rinse with cold water. Allow excess water to drain.

Place a piece of butter in a hot rice pan. It will immediately begin to melt.
