STEP 1

Beat eggs with 240g. sugar until the mass doubles. Add kefir, cocoa, flour and mix well. Quench the baking soda with lemon juice and add to the dough.
STEP 2

Take a springform baking pan with a diameter of 22 centimeters and cover the bottom with parchment. Fill the mold with dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
STEP 3

While the cake is baking, prepare the cream. Beat the butter with the rest of the sugar, add sour cream and continue beating until the sugar is completely dissolved.
STEP 4

Cut the cooled biscuit into three parts. We coat the cakes with cream, leaving the top of the last cake empty, and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
STEP 5

Melt chocolate and cream in a water bath. Cover the cake with chocolate glaze and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
