To prepare, take beets, walnuts, prunes, mayonnaise, salt, ground black pepper, boiled sausage.

Take small beets. Use vegetables with a firm texture and no black spots. Wash thoroughly with a washcloth to remove dirt. Trim the ponytails on both sides. Dry with a paper towel. It would also be good to taste a little so that the beets are sweet. Very often you come across tasteless vegetables. Wrap in foil and place in a hot oven at 180-190 degrees. Bake for 30-60 minutes. Cut the nuts into small pieces. If desired, you can lightly dry it in a hot, dry frying pan.

Cool the baked beets. Peel off the skin. Grind on a coarse grater.
STEP 6

Place the grated beets, chopped nuts and pieces of prunes into a deep bowl. Add a little salt and ground pepper. Add mayonnaise to taste. If possible, make homemade mayonnaise. Mix all salad ingredients and taste. If necessary, adjust with spices to achieve the desired result. If desired, you can add a clove of grated garlic.
STEP 7

Now you will need boiled or smoked sausage. Cut out the “piglet”, “ears”, “tail” and “hooves”. Make “eyes” from a piece of prune. For a more beautiful presentation, you can decorate the plate.
