I also make cabbage rolls on a baking sheet. I used to do it as usual in a saucepan, but they are wetter there, since they are covered with liquid to the very top. And here they are more baked, I like them better.

But I’ve never heard of disassembling cabbage in the microwave. Isn't it drying out? I have to try it, it's an interesting method. because with the constant removal of cabbage leaves from boiling water, I am always afraid of getting burned, and my fingers always suffer anyway
