I also make cabbage rolls on a baking sheet. I used to do it as usual in a saucepan, but they are wetter there, since they are covered with liquid to the very top. And here they are more baked, I like them better.

But I’ve never heard of disassembling cabbage in the microwave. Isn't it drying out? I have to try it, it's an interesting method. because with the constant removal of cabbage leaves from boiling water, I am always afraid of getting burned, and my fingers always suffer anyway

For Fiesta - cabbage rolls according to this recipe turn out very tasty. They don't really swim in sauce. While cooking them in the oven, they are very saturated with their own juice, the filling turns out to be quite soft. Cook and eat. Bon appetit!
