STEP 1
How to make baked vegetables in sour cream in the oven? Very simple! Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash all vegetables in running water and dry.

Cut off the tail of the zucchini and cut it into quarters. If you have a young zucchini with thin, delicate skin, then you do not need to trim it; if the fruit is already ripe, then trim the skin and remove the core with hard seeds.

Cut off the tail of the eggplant and also cut into quarters.
STEP 4
Peel the bell pepper from seeds and stems and cut into large pieces.

Peel the potatoes and cut into medium cubes.

Take a baking dish. Place the chopped vegetables and whole cherry tomatoes in the prepared pan.

How to make sauce? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. You can use sour cream of any fat content, the main thing is that it is natural without the use of vegetable fats.
