Baked mackerel with vegetables in the oven in foil

This fish is for dinner and for holidays. And potatoes with it! Delicious! Indeed, for such a recipe, additions are only needed in the form of a light salad (if it’s a holiday or the whole family is visiting on Sunday), or some kind of jar with a winter preparation (lecho, for example, or a salted tomato). And so - the fish is delicious, the potatoes are crispy, and the cheese crust is a delight for everyone!

Can you please tell me what the numbers under the recipe mean? I open the footnote, this is about GI, but what exactly do they mean?
