I decided to treat myself today to a quick snack of avocado toast. I found this recipe. There was everything in the refrigerator except tomatoes, so it was decided to replace the tomatoes with fresh cucumbers. While the toast was frying and the water for the poached egg was boiling, I took the pit out of the avocado and mashed the pulp with a fork. My fish was already cut into pieces, so cooking took about 10 minutes. But I enjoyed it 100 percent. I really liked the toast, especially with the red fish.
