Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make avocado toast? Prepare your food. Use whatever bread you like for cooking. The grain dish will increase the usefulness of the dish; for lovers of rye, Borodinsky is suitable; a more delicate taste is obtained with white. I will make toast with a poached egg, lightly salted red fish and cherry tomatoes.
STEP 2

Cut the bread into pieces if it was not sold in slices. Then fry it in any way possible: use a toaster, roaster or grill pan. If you don't have a grill, use a regular frying pan.
STEP 3

Boil a poached egg. How to cook a poached egg? To do this, bring water to a boil in a small bowl. Let it boil not violently, but with small bubbles; for this, turn the heat to minimum. Twist the funnel with a fork and quickly pour in the egg, which is best broken into a cup first. Do not touch the egg until cooked, this is about 4 minutes.
STEP 4

Remove the egg with a slotted spoon and place it on a paper towel to dry.
STEP 5

Wash the avocado, cut it, remove the pit. Scoop out the pulp with a spoon.
STEP 6

Mash the avocado pulp with a fork. Add lemon juice and a little salt to taste.
STEP 7

Spread the mixture onto the toast.
STEP 8

Top with a poached egg, chopped cherry tomato and a slice of red fish. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!
