  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make a nutritious green smoothie from avocado, kiwi and celery with apple juice? Everything is very simple. To begin, take the necessary ingredients from the list. You can use apple juice with or without pulp. You can also optionally replace apple juice with grape or grape-apple juice.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, then peel off the skin. It is better to adhere to this particular order: first remove the pit, and then clean it. Because if you peel the fruit first, it will become too slippery and you can cut yourself when trying to remove the pit. Cut the pulp into small slices.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Peel the kiwi and cut into small cubes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Wash the celery stalks and cut into small slices.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Place avocado, kiwi and celery in a blender bowl. Pour in the apple juice. Beat everything together until pureed. You can use an immersion blender instead of a stationary one. Sugar is usually not added to this smoothie, but you can add a little honey if you wish.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

I got a homogeneous viscous but flowing mass. You can adjust the viscosity of the drink to your taste by adding or reducing the amount of apple juice.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

The smoothie is ready! Pour it into glasses and serve immediately. Bon appetit! P.S. I make smoothies as often as I would like. And I always gave preference to drinks based on fruits and berries. However, I liked this smoothie so much that I now make it almost every other day.
