Armlov with beef and potatoes
A simple dish from the Caucasus will look great on your table! There is no need to explain to anyone what a casserole is. This is a very tasty food, perfect for dinner or a snack. In those distant times, when food was cooked over a fire in an oven, or even in hot coals, casseroles appeared. You can bake everything - cereals, pasta, meat, vegetables. Armlov's culinary recipe for meat casserole is not complicated.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Boil lean beef until fully cooked
STEP 2

and pass it through a meat grinder along with raw potatoes.
STEP 3

Fry finely chopped onion in melted butter until golden brown and add it to the resulting minced meat.
STEP 4

Grease the pan with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the prepared minced meat on it in an even layer.
STEP 5

Then use a knife to carefully level the surface of the minced meat to give the dish a beautiful look. Lubricate with a well-mixed egg, sprinkle, of course, with breadcrumbs, and pour vegetable oil on top.
STEP 6

Place in a preheated oven, where we bake the armlov for twenty to twenty-five minutes. Serve the finished armlov cut into pieces, like a pie. Place the sour cream on the table separately.
