    Cut two hundred and fifty grams of softened margarine into small cubes and place it in a bowl with dry ingredients.

    Break one chicken egg into a deep bowl and beat it, then pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of kefir at room temperature into it.

I have a simple gas stove, I didn’t bother with the temperature, as soon as it warmed up to 200, I did it, the baking process took about 20 minutes. And yet... it seems to me that 250 gr. There’s a lot of sugar for the filling, for me it turned out too sweet, next time I’ll try adding 150g. So, good recipe.
