    How to make stuffed eggs with red fish? Prepare your food. Boil the eggs first and cool. Take natural, good quality cheese, without vegetable fats. You can use homemade mayonnaise, that’s exactly what I did. Any red fish will do, I used trout.

    Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into halves.

    Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a separate bowl. Add processed cheese there; you can simply crumble it with your hands.

    Add a spoonful of mayonnaise and mash the ingredients with a fork. This will be very easy to do as they are soft. Adjust the thickness of the mass with mayonnaise. I added another spoonful, but my mayonnaise was very thick.

    Wash and dry the greens. Then chop finely. I took dill.

    Add chopped herbs to the filling. You can also add a clove of garlic to it. But be careful with salt and pepper - mayonnaise and cheese are already quite salty. I didn't season the filling with anything. Knead it well again with a fork. The filling should become homogeneous.

    Place it in a piping bag and cut off the end. Pipe the filling into the egg whites. You always get a larger quantity of it, you can make sandwiches with it.

    Cut the fish into thin slices. Cut triangles out of them that look like small carrots. Place the fish pieces on the egg halves. Make tops from parsley leaves.
