annasher88, Your recipe is really old and very original! I really love pancakes and often make them with different fillings! But this is the first time I’ve heard about such things! My family loves to eat hot pancakes, just from a frying pan, even without any filling! I’m sure that with raisins, and with such aromatic spices, the pancakes should turn out just like a bomb! Super yummy with morning coffee or tea! I'll definitely try making it this weekend!
