If the pan is large, you can bake several pancakes at the same time, which will reduce the baking time. When the pancakes are browned on one side, turn them over and fry on the other until golden brown.

American pancakes are a great quick breakfast option. The dough is very easy to knead, and the pancakes themselves cook quickly enough. Due to the fact that the pancakes are fried without adding oil, they turn out to be less caloric. The taste of the pancakes is delicate and very pleasant. It is unsweetened, which I personally really liked. Sweetness can be adjusted using additives. I served them with sour cream and honey. The pancakes themselves are soft, not very fluffy, but during frying they increase slightly in size. Thank you very much for the recipe!
