Alsatian apple pie with red currants

An old recipe for excellent apple pie. An old, forgotten recipe, I wanted to update it and understand why it is one of the best. I took out my old recipes and came across this recipe, my mother also prepared it, its consistency is very tender and juicy, the apples are soaked in cream brulee and emit a unique aroma. The only thing tastier than apple pie is Alsatian pie, try it and you won’t want anything else) ))

Shura, wonderful pie!!! I love apple baked goods, they are always so fragrant and tender! I really liked the idea of pouring, and it sets well in 15 minutes???

I liked this recipe. I think that the taste of such a pie will be rich. I will definitely try to cook it exactly according to your recipe. The only thing I would like to change a little is to replace apples with pears. Because I'm not much of an apple lover. But I don’t know for sure... will a pear be as tasty with currants as apples?.. I think I’ll still have to replace the currants with cherries or raspberries. But I really liked the dough recipe. I won't change anything here. Thanks to the author for the recipe :)
