Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Prepare the products indicated in the recipe. You will need delicate and not sour in taste like cottage cheese with a fat content of at least 18%. Do not take a coarse -grained product. For this recipe, it will not work. Remove the butter in advance from the refrigerator so that it can soften.
STEP 2
Place the cottage cheese in a blender bowl. Grind it into a soft homogeneous mass. If you don’t have a blender, you can use a chopper (chopper) or simply scroll the cottage cheese through a meat grinder twice, setting a fine grid.
STEP 3
Wash the fresh cucumber. Dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Cut into arbitrary pieces. The peel does not need to be removed if it is not damaged. Add the cucumber to the cottage cheese. Blend again with a blender until smooth.
STEP 4
Add washed and dried parsley (or dill) to the curd mass. Grind again until smooth.
STEP 5
Lastly, add softened butter (at least 73% fat). High-quality butter will give the dish a creamy and delicate flavor. Grind the contents thoroughly with a blender.
STEP 6
Add some salt. Taste for salt and adjust the taste to your liking by adding salt to the dish.
STEP 7
Cottage cheese almette is ready at home. Cut the baguette into thin slices. You can use crispbread, tartlets or white bread. Spread almette (about 1 teaspoon) in a thin layer. Top with a parsley leaf, cucumber ring or olive. It turned out to be a small piece of toast for one bite. An excellent option for a buffet table.
