I'm a big fan of cottage cheese. And of course, when I saw the recipe for almette homemade curd cheese, I immediately went to prepare it. My cottage cheese was greasy and dry. Therefore, for better whipping, I added a couple of spoons of kefir. Whipped it in a blender. Next came one and a half pickled cucumbers and parsley. And the final touch was the butter, the amount of which I reduced. I tried the mass and adjusted the taste with salt. I added curd cheese to the loaf and put a slice of pickled cucumber on top. This is delicious. I'm glad I saw this recipe! Big thanks to the author!
