Suluguni, in principle, for filling, can also be mixed with feta cheese, it will turn out original and tasty. I tried Achma in Sochi, I really liked it, but I haven’t seen the recipe anywhere, it will take an hour to prepare, maybe more, but it’s worth tinkering with then enjoy the taste.

Oksana, there are such coincidences: yesterday I bought a brochure with culinary recipes and in it I liked a recipe for an unknown Achma. I found the recipe very satisfying, high in calories, but tasty. Today I go to the forum, and there again is the already familiar word Achma (the text is written in Armenian).

I tried this same achma when I was vacationing in the Caucasus, right out of the heat, how I liked it! I really didn’t try to cook it myself, but now, with your help, I can reproduce it at home. Very healthy and tasty recipe!
