Most often, summer salad recipes include tomatoes and cucumbers. In different variations, other fresh vegetables, herbs, and cheese are added to them. Light kale salads are also very popular. Well, summer salads can safely include all dessert fruit and berry cuts.
If you are pretty tired of boring salads from standard sets of products, try experimenting with using others. Even eggplants fried on a hot grill pan with garlic will greatly change the taste of your usual dish.
However, the category of summer salads, strictly according to Feng Shui, includes exclusively raw vegetables and fruits. Or products that have undergone very light, purely symbolic heat treatment. Otherwise, what's the point of them? After all, we love them for the presence of all sorts of different vitamins and microelements, for the unique smell of sun and summer.
