Bread salad with tomatoes
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
All we need is a tomato, onion, bread, sunflower oil and salt. It’s better to take unrefined oil, but I ran out of it and took refined one.
STEP 2
Cut our tomato in half, remove the piece where the stem was and cut into slices. You can assign this step and the next one to your child if you cook with him.
STEP 3
Now cut the bread into small squares. Rye bread, I had it sliced right away. And so I vertically cut one piece (about 50 grams) into 5 strips and then into squares.
STEP 4
Then the onion must be cut into half rings. My 30 gr. This is half a small onion, if you have a huge onion, then feel free to cut it into quarters and then the quarter into slices (half a half ring).
STEP 5
And the last thing - we put all our cuts (tomatoes, bread and onions) into a salad bowl, add salt to taste and add a tablespoon of unrefined sunflower oil and mix. Something tells me that olive oil lovers can use it. And one more personal observation - this salad looks better in a “rough” bowl: clay or wooden. Enjoy your meal!
