Since childhood, the kitchen has been my magical place, where my grandmother shared the secrets of family recipes, and the aroma of fresh buns filled the house with warmth and comfort. Each dish is a story associated with memories of family and friends. Exploring different cuisines of the world, I discovered a wealth of tastes and traditions, from Italian pasta to oriental sweets. My goal is to show that everyone can cook, and cooking is not only an art, but also an accessible creativity that unites families around the common table.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Science at Université Laval.
